Description
All the apartments in this Residence have been recently renovated and all the historic features have been preserved and stylishly mixed with an ultramodern interior design. Living in this area, so close to the Old Town but without the high prices of the major tourist streets, is very attractive for visitors and residents alike. Please note that there is no TV in the apartments. There is always only a radio available. An extra charge of 10 EUR is requested to guests arriving after 20:00.

This accommodatin includes: central heating, double windows, shower room with underfloor heating, WC, fridge and freezer, stove, fully equipped kitchenette, tables, chairs, sofas, bedclothes, towels, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, radio, CD player, clothes rack. Free 24hours ADSL internet connection and WI-FI connection, providing that the guests have their own computers.

On the second floor, the rear rooms overlook the garden and the front rooms look onto beautiful, historic, 19th century buildings. Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time.
