Description
There are 5 spacious apartments available in this house.
Two of them are situated next each other in a brand new renovated penthouse in the quiet yard of the main building. Each apartment consists of 2 floors, a living room with kitchenette situated downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. The apartments are for 2-4 people each and they are very quiet and private, although in the very centre of Prague. In summer, it is possible to sit outside in the yard on garden furniture.
Other 2 apartments are situated on the 2nd floor. But do not worry, there is a lift in the building:
1st: of these two flats has 60 m2 and has 1 bedroom and, kitchen and social facilities. However, still it is possible for up to 4 people to stay there because there is a folding sofa in the apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped incl. a washer. In the bathroom there is a shower, WC and a heated dryer.
2nd: apartment has got 102 m2. There are two rooms connected with an entrance hall. Kitchen is again fully equipped incl. washer. In the bathroom there is a bath tube and a washing machine, WC is not placed in the bathroom but is separate. This room is furnished in an „art deco“ style and has also a small balcony with a view into the street.
The Two-bedroom apartment (approx. 105 m2): Large, spacious and bright apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. Sat TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom with bath. STAG PARTIES ARE NOT WELCOMED.
All apartments feature central heating and hot water boiler. Bedding and towels are provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer available on request. Standard equippment of the apartments is also SAT TV.
In case you are coming by plane or train, we strongly recommend our transfer service. The reason is that there is no reception in the building.

Payment and cancelation conditions
Credit Cards not accepted, payment in cash required.
Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time. Cancellation / change of a booking less then 2 days prior to arrival day or no show - cost of the first night of your stay will be debited from your credit card. More in FAQ.
