Description
The building originates from the 19th century, situated directly in the centre of the Old Town, close to the river Vltava, Parizska street, the Hotel Intercontinental and the Jewish Quarter.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchen: microwave oven, cooker, refridgerator, kettle, toaster, iron. Washing machine available in the office, 7:30-16:00.
There are 2 apartments on the first floor of the building, which are very nicely renovated, with its own kitchenettes and large jaccuzzi bathtubs.
In the attic, there are 4 apartments, newly renovated, all in mahagony wood (floors, stairs, furniture).
Studio Apartment (40 m2) - double bed, sofa, table, corner bath, kitchenette
Apartment (60 m2) - bedroom with double bed, living room with large pull-out sofa bed (suitable for 2 persons), corner bath, kitchennette
2x Two-floor Attic Apartments (approx. 75m2 each) - on the lower floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet; on the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and toilet. These apartments have a security door with an electronic chip, for the most security of the guests.
Please be informed that there is a 2000 CZK refundable fee for the electric door chip!!!
Parking in garages of Rudolfinum, 600 CZK/day.

Payment and cancelation conditions
Credit Cards not accepted, payment in cash required.
Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time. Cancellation / change of a booking less then 2 days prior to arrival day or no show - cost of the first night of your stay will be debited from your credit card. More in FAQ.
